Flower Subscription

Each fortnight or month (depending on your selected subscription), you will recieve your chemical free, freshly cut mixed seasonal blooms directly to your door. As we are a environmentally friendly flower farm, your flowers will be delivered in a reusable bucket ready for you to assemble as desired in your own vase.

Deliveries will be made every second Wednesday. When your next delivery is due, all we ask you to do is leave your previous bucket by your door step, and you will find a fresh bucket of seasonal blooms by close of business.

Cancellation Policy for Flower Subscription

1. Cancellation Period: Customers may cancel their flower subscription at any time. To receive a refund for the current billing cycle, cancellations must be made at least 3 days before the next scheduled delivery date. 

2. How to Cancel: Customers can cancel their subscription by sending us an email on 302flowerfarm@gmail.com advising of the cancellation, please ensure you advise the date in which you would like payments to cease. 

3. No Refunds for Delivered Orders: We cannot provide refunds for flowers that have already been delivered. Cancellations made after the delivery has occurred will apply to subsequent subscription periods.

4. Wix Terms and Conditions: This cancellation policy is in accordance with Wix's terms and conditions. For more information on Wix's policies, please refer to Wix's Terms of Service.

5. Changes to Subscription: Customers can make changes to their subscription, such as updating payment method, by accessing their account on our website, however delivery details or cancellations must be emailed to 302flowerfarm@gmail.com
